Job Description

An employer is seeking an Intake Coordinator for a large financial client sitting in Charlotte, NC. This person will be on the DMTEA Delivery Team, under the supervision from a DMTEA delivery team manager. The DMTEA team is responsible for data quality control across Global Technology, development of data technology strategy and the advancement of data management and data protection capabilities in adherence to Enterprise Data policies and standards. The DMTEA Analyst / Coordinator will be responsible for planning and the coordination of program and project intake processes which require the engagement of multiple teams. This role will split their time between monitoring the DMTEA Intake mailbox while processing new intake items as they come in. Flagging and responding to all corresponding emails, questions, and following up on intake items that have been processed.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and use of SharePoint

* Supports a strategy of continuous improvement and acts as liaison with Intake submitters, SLT and Delivery team

* Prepare presentations and process overview utilizing complementary data to assist leaders in intake process

* Must be self-motivated and is comfortable and effective working with varying levels of guidance

* Critical thinking skills - Ability to assess quantitative and qualitative data to identify key themes that require deeper analysis and assessment
