Insight Global is looking for a Financial Data Analyst to work for a large financial client in the (uptown) Charlotte, NC area. This person will be responsible for:
-Collaborating closely with business operations lead(s) to understand operation priorities
-Perform excel analysis and reconciliations of business systems
-Prepare and deliver ad-hoc reporting
-Analyze and format data into presentations
-Identify process areas of improvement and implement new solutions
This person will be required to perform create a PowerPoint presentation on a weekly basis while working with product analysts. They need to have a previous background within financial and/or data analytics, have presentation and Excel skills and knowledge and be interested in building a Tableau or Altreyx background. Communication and a sense of urgency is key as this person will need to have the ability to meet deadlines as well as present on data analysis.

-3+ years of financial and/or data analytics experience with a financial institution
-Bachelor's degree (in finance, accounting, economics, business or a related field)
-Banking experience
-Process/process automation experience
-Presentation skills and knowledge
-Strong excel skills (ability to perform pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, macros, formulas)
-Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint)
