Job Description

Insight Global is looking for AML Supervisors to work on site for one of our customers supporting their current team. This person working directly with Insight Global's internal team to support coaches and trainers that have been deployed to increase efficiency of investigators. These people will be responsible for directly managing 20 resources in multiple locations across the country. Those people are on site answering questions and giving recommendations to Jr Analysts. They will be making sure each sight they are responsible is running efficiently and hitting goals and metrics as defined by the customer. They will be reporting findings and gaps to senior leadership and suggesting solutions as they see fit.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5-7 years AML Investigations background

- Experience managing or supervising a team of AML Investigators -- preferably teams of 10-20 investigators

- Worked in a large enterprise financial environment

- Experience with Quality Control Reviews over reports or Lead Analyst experience

- Ability to make recommendations and support Jr Analysts with questions regarding individual investigations

- Strong communication

- Experience working with senior leadership to report findings around efficiencies

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- CAMS certification

- Management or Supervisory experience
