Job Description

Our client is breaking ground on a brand-new industrial construction project for a large engineer company (April)- they're apart of the automotive sector technically. This is a 2-year project there to help manage the construction process. They're making sure the project is getting done on site accordingly with what the blueprint says, making sure they're following all rules on site, etc. They are NOT managing the actual construction workers, the people doing the work are from a general contractor, our people have NO say on what they do. They're just there to overall monitor the project, be the eyes for the client on site, and to keep things moving in the right direction.

- Pay rate between 50-60hr

Required Skills & Experience

* 10+ years of construction management within the Civil, structural, or architectural realm.

* Construction projects must be worth 25 mill+

* Degree heavily preferred
