Job Description

Day to day:



- Conduct on-site implementations of Amadeus systems, which includes hardware, server, operating system, database, network, and Amadeus location requirements gathering, design, consulting, installation, integration, and configuration. They will be trained on Amadeus' systems.

- Perform on-site and remote application and system support and upgrades of installed Amadeus solutions.

- Respond to customer and internal system support inquiries/issues regarding systems operation. Diagnose and resolve software issues and communicate problem issues and resolutions with the customer.

Required Skills & Experience

Education & Work Experience:



- A BS degree or a minimum of 2 years of hands-on PC computer hardware building/installing/supporting.

- A minimum of 2 years in a customer service environment.

- Doesn't matter size of company they come from -- we are looking for a long term hire that is hungry to learn and be part of the Amadeus team.

- Proficiency in computing technologies such as Microsoft Server O/S, Windows Family, Windows-based servers.



Plusses:

- SQLServerr, MySQL, read or write SQL queries
