Job Description

Our client in Raleigh, NC is looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join their growing team! This person will assist with company invoicing, billing, financial reporting, order tracking, inventory management and communicating directly with vendors. The ideal candidate will possess some level of accounting and supply chain knowledge and good communication skills. Roles and responsibilities include buy are not limited to:
- Accounting: Invoicing, billing, monthly/quarterly financial reporting, customer deduction resolution, payment collection, commission reporting
- Sourcing Logistics: Determine best source for products based on items, volume, destination, etc, submit RFQs to suppliers, completion of RFPs as needed, Project tracking from sourcing thru final implementation of awarded business, maintain item spec database.
- Pricing: Margin maintenance, price maintenance and history
- Insurance: Maintain COI's from all suppliers, Submit COI's to customers as requested, Maintain Resale Certificates from all DC's
- Order Tracking: Track and Confirm Delivery of all orders, expedite orders, Track customer inventory as needed, Coordination of orders to cover CNY, Customer order reporting as needed
