A partner of Insight Global is looking to add a HRIS Consultant to their team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in UKG Ready implementations and optimizations. The ideal candidate will have experience consulting and partnering with a diverse client portfolio across different industries and stages of their implementation lifecycle. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and personable to help clients determine their needs. This is a part time 15-20 hour a week role.

*3+ years HRIS Implementation and/or Configuration experience with UKG Ready
*Experience with Ready payroll, workforce management, talent and imports
*Strong sense of ownership for individual work assignments, team goals, and organization initiatives
*Ability to build relationships and influence with external and internal clients
*Excellent personal time management skills; excellent judgment in determining priorities
*Successful track record of improving client satisfaction
