Job Description

This Sr. BA will be responsible for day-to-day support/answering questions related to business applications along with documenting requirements, configuring, testing, and deploying bug fixes or enhancements. The business focus areas include generation operations, commercial, financial, health-safety-environmental, human resources, and legal.

Required Skills & Experience

* 5 years of professional experience in a finance/accounting role or similar experience as a BA, serving mainly the accounting/finance group is required.

* Experience with heavy data migration.

* Proven background in the development and support of ETL's and Reporting services along with deep experience work with data and financial and commercial application integrations.

* Strong Analytic skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

* Finance, Accounting or related degree.

* Self-starter personality, need someone who can come in and hit the ground running.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Utilities/industry experience

* Experience integrating financial data into a reporting data mart and developing financial reporting.

* Computer Science experience with formal training in the areas of ERP, Accounts Payable, and Commercial Systems.

* Functional experience with IFS, SAP Concur, OneStream and Hartigen PowerOptix
