Job Description

A large software and gaming company is looking for an Associate Producer to join a renders team for several large titles.

This person will:

-Manage production pipeline for select video game UI and marketing art

- Work with Render production team on hundreds of deliverables

- Work with the Marketing Art Director and Production Lead to triage notes from reviews and make sure all tasks are assigned out

- Communicate to vendors/external teams what they will be assigned and streamline the production pipeline for all UI and marketing art

-Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders

- Be the conduit to provide render teams with what they need to ensure perfect creative development and integrity -- e.g., tech details, textures, reference imagery/video, original animation details, and other creative briefing

- Ensure that ShotGrid is up to date with the latest tasks and feedback

- Coordinate with all internal and external teams to maintain alignment on priority work and manage milestones along the project pathway

- Communicate information quickly and succinctly to the project crew and other departments

-Chase down reviewers, as needed, for feedback on submitted content

- Anticipate issues and communicate them rapidly to stakeholders

- Be resourceful and provide guidance toward solutions with minimal oversight

-Make sure internal leads are reviewing and approving artwork on schedule

Ensure that images are rendered, finalized, and delivered to marketing and implementation on time

-Meet all daily deliverables

-Encourage and help maintain a positive, upbeat, and professional environment

Required Skills & Experience

-3+ years doing the work outlined above in a fast-paced graphics environment -- e.g., video game company, visual effects industry, feature animation (ILM, Pixar, etc.)

-Knowledge in computer graphics - e.g., 3D rendering, digital effects, CG, 3D, etc.

- Specific knowledge of render workflows, asset-management, or similar areas of production

-Excellent understanding of all aspects of renders to be able to convey needs to the right artists

-Ability to own a project from inception to delivery

-Expertise with Google Workspace, ShotGrid (was Shotgun), Slack, cloud-based tools

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to seek out any and all information needed to successfully complete projects

-Solid project management -- strong familiarity with assigning tasks onward for additional expert adjustments, approvals, etc.

- Natural ability to work collaboratively across teams to lead cross-functional engagement, as needed

- Personable - develops relationships with internal and third-party players to foster excellent communication

-Self-starter able to create tracking systems to ensure the extended team is updated on project status at all times

- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment to meet deliverables - and even find a more efficient path forward

-Highly organized with excellent production management skills

- A go-getter who can spin plates and respond to conflicting priorities while staying cool under fire.
