An employer is looking to add a Jr. Data Analyst to their team in Raleigh, NC. This person will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our client's primary platform, Datorama. It will be their job to becoming the SME for this platform and troubleshoot and resolve issues, as well as make enhancements to the platform. It will be their job to update fields, integrate new logic, and map data integration exceptions. Datorama receives data from over 20 different external platforms so it will be their job to analyze raw data and look for errors and inconsistencies, to ensure that accurate data visualizations are delivered. This person will also be responsible for researching and proposing innovative data solutions for a more efficient workspace. About 70% of their time will be spent responding to and completing tickets.

Bachelor's Degree ideally in related field like Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or Business Intelligence
