Job Description

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Plant Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. You'll be the right hand to the Plant Manager, handling administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and facilitating effective communication within the plant. Your ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and adapt to dynamic situations will be essential.



* Participate in meetings to record meeting minutes, distribute minutes to participants, and follow-up on communication to participants after the meeting

* Manage Plant Manager's calendar, book professional and personal appointments and travel as needed

* Update data in excel spreadsheets and prepare PowerPoint presentations as directed

* Lead engagement committee team and provide follow up emails and communications

* Manage administrative credit card and reconcile for accounting monthly

* In collaboration with HR, coordinate ordering and distribution of employee annual gifts

* In collaboration with HR, plan annual family day event and other events as directed

* Organize and maintain office supplies, paper for copier, copier maintenance, and postage machine maintenance in the administrative area

* Order supplies as needed for plant team

* Provide support to other departments as needed (lunch orders, etc.)

* Coordinate and schedule meetings (town halls, communications, etc.)

* Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

High School Diploma/GED, Associates Degree preferred

5 years of professional experience, preferably supporting upper level managers or C-suite leaders

High level of demonstrated skill in Excel, powerpoint, and outlook

Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Comfortable working in an office setting as well as walking throughout the plant

Comfortable/experience with working in/with engineers in an engineering setting

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Associates degree or higher
