Job Description

An employer is seeking a Business Process Consultant for a large financial client sitting in Charlotte, NC. The Enterprise Technology and Product management and portfolio lead is responsible for supporting an Enterprise program associated with software inventory management. The ideal candidate will work closely with team members and stakeholders to implement reporting and control solutions to ensure portfolio compliance and resolve data quality issue. They are also responsible for consistent delivery, process automation, and related program improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

* 5+ years of Business Analyst/Project Manager experience

* Process design and documentation

* Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentation of findings.

* Relationship management -- project execution

* Experience with Enterprise compliance and regulatory oversight

* Understanding of relational databases like Oracle, SQL Server, with experience writing SQL reports

* Understanding of Agile framework and able to turn the business requirements to end user functionality

* Strong Excel skillset: data presentation features and functions

* Experience with Share Point Lists, Workflows and Shared documents

* Proficient in with Microsoft Office Products and Visio

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Bank of America experience

* Financial/banking experience
