Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a part-time administrative assistant to join the team of a client of ours in Chapel Hill, NC. This individual can expect to perform administrative and general office duties including but not limited to, data entry, restocking office supplies, inventory management, preparing client documents and communications, coordinating travel details and supplies, gathering and summarizing client travel data and other project work as assigned. On occasion, assistance fielding incoming client calls may be needed. This role requires work on-site in Chapel Hill 20-30 hours a week and allows the flexibility to create one's own schedule within the clients' hours of operation, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm / Monday - Friday. However, the client asks that these hours remain regular and consistent once set.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of Office Admin or related experience

- Experience speaking with client/customers on the phone (Minimum of 1 yr)

- Basic Data Entry skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word

- Attention to detail/organizational skills

- Great communication skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Knowledge of Golf
