A large software and gaming company is looking for a Workato developer. This person will Design, develop, and implement robust Workato solutions to streamline business processes.
-Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless
integration of Workato workflows.
-Maintain and optimize existing Workato integrations, addressing any performance or
functionality issues.
-Provide technical expertise and support to troubleshoot and resolve integration related
issues.
-Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Workato workflows, configurations,
and best practices.
-Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and
automation using Workato.
-Participate in regular meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and opportunities for
optimization.
-Collaborate with the Solutions Engineering team to align Workato solutions with overall
company architecture and security standards.
-Develop and review custom Workato connectors following best practices and augment
existing workflows using Ruby and/or Python

-Proven experience as an integration middleware or visual programming developer demonstrating
successful implementation of complex integrations.
In-depth knowledge of Workato platform capabilities, connectors, and customization options.
Proficiency in designing and implementing efficient workflows to meet business requirements.
Strong project and time management skills, with a ability to prioritize, solve problems, multitask,
and meet deadlines
Must be detail oriented and display strong problem solving skills
Requires minimal management attention--self-managed.
Must be comfortable with remote work including video Zoom, slack, and other online collaboration
tools.
3+ years of experience developing in Python and Ruby
Experience with AWS helps candidates stand out
Good communication skills
Knowledge/experience working with APIs
