A client of Insight Global is seeking an IT Support Technician to troubleshoot and support their North Carolina offices, model homes and construction sites. This person will be going on-site to their corporate office and troubleshooting laptops, monitors, and conference room technology. They will also be required to travel to different sales offices throughout the North Carolina area to install hardware and assist with any software or hardware troubleshooting. This person will also be a part of a team that will work on different projects such as cloud migration and implementing new network systems.
