An employer is seeking a CRM Operations Manager for a large public automotive services client sitting fully remote. This person will be responsible for end-to-end deliverability of campaigns, making sure campaigns are getting deployed on time as well as managing email developers, campaign managers and QA resources. Responsibilities include:
* Oversight of execution and deployment of broadcast campaigns and ongoing automated campaigns / triggered journeys
* Ownership of email deliverability and overall file health
* Support setup of test and learn strategies, ingestion of audience segments, etc.
* Optimize operational processes to gain efficiencies and reduce campaign lead times (i.e. getting us away from manual coding of emails, etc.)
* Reduce defect rates by overseeing QA and implementing appropriate QA processes
* Skill set: Email and mobile ops background, highly technical, project management skills, effective and clear communication style to manage a team of campaign managers and developers
* 4+ years of CRM experience; implementing, maintaining, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns on a global scale.
* Managed offshore teams (will be managing developers and QA offshore resources). If no management experience, lead experience and/or working directly with offshore teams is a MUST.
* Experience working with multiple ESPs
* Be able to multitask and handle simultaneous projects, have exceptional problem-solving skills, and display composure under stress.
* Be a highly organized, highly operational, and strong team player.
* Attention to detail, with an ability to identify issues and implement solutions/efficiencies.
