This person will be supporting internal users in their plant location. They will primarily be supporting the manufacturing plan. The Desktop Support Analyst will be purchasing, installing and imaging computers and printers, as well as, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise (they will be doing no repairs.) Additionally, this person will be taking care of the network -- cabling, installing switches, configuring switches, installing wireless access points and wireless bridges. 40% of their time they'd be doing desktop support, 40% network support and 20% project work.
