An employer is seeking a vCIO to sit in the Charlotte, NC area. This person establishes and maintains customer business-level strategic relationships, then utilizing and building on these relationships to better understand customers' business goals and objectives. The vCIO will serve as a strategic partner and IT (Information Technology) advisor for our clients. This role involves overseeing the IT roadmap and aligning technology initiatives with business goals. This person will perform regular onsite technology business reviews with customers, develop and maintain a strategic IT roadmap that aligns with client objectives and conduct regular technology assessments and recommend improvements, designing and presenting proposals to clients.
-A minimum of 8 years' experience in Information Technology.
-Proven experience in IT strategy, project management, and client relationship management.
-Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and compliance regulations.
-Experience in an MSP (Managed Services Provider) environment
-A bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
