An Insurance client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Resource to be the main assistant for the Director of Talent Acquisition for their Americas & Canada division. This individual would be responsible for coming inhouse to provide assistance with sourcing talent, evaluating resumes, posting on LinkedIn & the company site for new job postings, and to assist with onboarding resources. Candidate is expected to be onsite in Charlotte, NC 3x a week minimum.
