Job Description

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR & IDEAL CANDIDATE

Convera is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to deploy and manage global email communications and campaigns, utilizing Salesforce Pardot. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Demand Operations and a key member of the Marketing Operations team, the Email Marketing Specialist will primarily work very closely with Customer Communications Program Manager to gather requirements for and build operational emails and target audience lists in various regions and languages; and deploy email campaigns on a regular basis. They will also support marketing campaign initiatives through creating forms, automation and reporting on Pardot.

The ideal candidate has experience with email marketing and email automation on a global level.



RESPONSIBILITIES



* Administer Convera Customer Emails:

o Create, schedule and test operational emails, utilizing dynamic and customized content, in various languages.

o Report on performance of emails.

o Field-map and build target audience lists on Pardot, through SFDC reports.

* Support Marketing Campaign Initiatives:

o Create forms and coordinate with Website Team to integrate on landing pages.

o Create, schedule and test marketing and auto-response emails.

o Create static and dynamic segment lists on Pardot and Stensul.

Required Skills & Experience

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* BA in marketing communications, or other related field, or equivalent professional experience

* 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing roles.

* 2+ years of experience with email marketing/automation; Salesforce Pardot experience strongly preferred.

* Strong MS Excel knowledge.

* Stensul Platform knowledge is an asset.

* Global company experience is an asset.





PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Exceptional attention to detail combined with strong sense of ownership, being thorough in reviewing, testing and quality checking before the launch of each task.

* Demonstration of exceptional flexibility, responding to unexpected changes quickly and efficiently.

* Ability to work in a cross-functional environment through exceptional communication skills and agility and proactiveness.
