UX Researcher

* Leads small to medium UX research projects

* Plans and conducts research; analyzes findings and recommendations

* Collaborates with stakeholders to understand the research questions.

* Makes connections with overall product strategy

* Tracks patterns in analytics data to inform trends in usage

* Analyzes and synthesizes qualitative and quantitative data into findings and business insights

* Ideates solutions with Design and Product and rapidly iterates

* Extracts needs from user behaviors and common tasks

* Learns and applies user frameworks (i.e. Jobs To Be Done, mental models, personas)

* Articulates use cases, informed by user needs; advocates user driven. recommendations to improve overall user experience

* Recruits' participants independently and conducts work compliantly

* 2-4 years of UX Research experience

* Bachelor's degree in related field (i.e. Psychology, human factors, human-computer interaction, anthropology, human geography etc.)

* Ability to write and conduct surveys with a focus on user experience

* Experience conducting usability testing

* Knowledge of survey tools (i.e. Qualtrics, Survey Monkey etc.)

* Skilled in research methods including but not limited to interviews, card sorting, workshops, diary studies, and focus groups

* Experience gathering and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data

* Master's degree in related field

* UX Certifications
