The Cyber Crime Specialist will support the cyber contract and assessments function in the backlog of assessments and contracts, and will actively participate in the intake process as well as initial drafts of assessments.
Responsibilities:
Intake new client assessment requests
Understand and communicate Bank of America information security policy and implementation of underlying controls
Prepopulate client assessment questionnaires
Support FLUs in negotiation and communication of contractual assurances that are consistent with, and supportable by, the Bank of America information security program
Influence to obtain participation and buy-in from various groups and stakeholders across the enterprise
Serve as an Information Security subject matter expert and participates in the training and support of FLUs oninformation security matters
Manage governance routines, including process documentation, playbooks, and tool refreshes
Legal background and knowledge and experience reviewing contracts
