An Insight Global client is seeking a Technical Writer to join their team. This role is crucial in expanding their knowledge base and continuing to transition their processes to Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content management and the ability to create and maintain templates in MS Word.
Responsibilities:
- Learning and understanding existing processes and creating training documents.
- Process Transition: Assist with the ongoing transition of existing processes and SOPs into Salesforce.
- Content Management: Manage and grow their knowledge base and creating articles for typical cases.
- Template Creation: Create templates for knowledge base articles.
- Deployment in Salesforce.com: Manage the deployment of content in Salesforce.
- AI Bot Support: Support the implementation of a conversational AI Bot, set to go live in January 2025.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Experience in content management.
- Proficiency in MS Word.
- Ability to work with technical staff and leaders to document processes and create content.
- Ability to reason logically and convince others with facts
- While the role will primarily be remote, candidates local to Raleigh/Durham, NC are preferred
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Experience in designing templates for AI Chat Bots
