Job Description
A real estate development client in the Raleigh, NC area is seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, executing, and evaluating marketing initiatives aimed at promoting their neighborhood/district. You will collaborate with local businesses, community leaders, and residents to drive engagement, boost awareness, and create a vibrant atmosphere in their area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Graphic Design: Produce quality graphic designs for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email newsletters, and print materials such as Treasure Magazine.
* Event Coordinator: Plan, and execute market neighborhood/district events, including festivals, fairs, and community gatherings, to maximize attendance and participation.
* Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and engagement.
* Community Engagement: Foster relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and residents to encourage participation in neighborhood/district events and initiatives.
* Outreach Engagement: Organize and set up for various shows/expos like the New Home Expo. Responsible for organizing all advertising materials and planning for outreach events including but not limited to Parade of Homes; the Judges Luncheon hosted by Flowers. Maintain memberships to Raleigh Wake HBA, Johnston County HBA, TSMC, Clayton Chamber, Raleigh Wake Chamber, NCHBA, etc. Coordinate attendance to Chamber, Realtor offices, HBA events.
* Collaboration: Work closely with Info and Sales team to produce visually appealing and compelling marketing materials.
* Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Required Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
* 2+ years experience in marketing, preferably in a community-focused or neighborhood/district context.
* Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
* Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
* Collaborative team player with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
* Knowledge of the local community and its dynamics is a plus.
