Job Description
A leading real estate client in the Raleigh area is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing guru to join their team. This person must be capable of recognizing, leveraging, and managing best-in-class digital marketing
tools and strategies. They will work alongside the in-house marketing team to execute timely and effective paid digital campaigns that serve the company's internal and external sales agents, builder clients, and industry partners. While driving traffic targeted to fuel the company's sales pipeline, the Digital Marketing Specialist will incorporate solutions that minimize current marketing gaps and maximize opportunities to generate qualified leads, increase revenue and build brand awareness.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily management of CMS environments including testing, debugging, content creation and SEO best practices
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate with design and content team to create and curate compelling and relevant content for our digital platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and message.
Manage and optimize our company website, ensuring it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with industry best practices.
Tactical campaign execution within a CRM environment including data hygiene, campaign automation, targeted database marketing and reporting initiatives
Design and deployment of email marketing campaigns for event marketing and lead generation.
Experience reading and writing well-structured, efficient, and maintainable code using modern web development languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
Implement and maintain website functionality, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance to deliver a smooth user experience across various devices and browsers.
Management of multiple GMB accounts, reviews, and listings
Manage our Google AdWords, Geo-Targeting, PPC and paid social advertising campaign development and deployment strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party tools, APIs, and plugins that enhance website capabilities
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to suggest innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
Develop and manage relationships with external partners and agencies to expand our digital reach.
Leverage your working knowledge of analytics and testing results to build, measure, and report on agreed-upon data
Required Skills & Experience
REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Zapier, JotForm/Gravity Forms, Google Analytics, Google Ads Campaign Builder, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office and managing projects and incremental tasks through a project management tool
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS development
B.A./B.S. in Marketing or related majors
Minimum 5 years of marketing/brand management experience in B2C marketing, an advertising agency or a Real Estate sales environment
Ability to manage, prioritize and execute diverse projects with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced team setting with minimal oversight
Willingness to learn and share new ideas simultaneously within a dynamic environment
