Job Description
A leading interactive entertainment company and provider of 3D engine technology is looking for a Marketing Technologist/Email Migration Consultant to join a growth marketing team. This person will use their experitise in large scale and multi vendor ESP migrations to help the organization move platforms. This person will work directly with ESP vendors and customer success/migration teams to ensure a smooth transition.
This person will:
-Provide strategic leadership, coordination, guidance, support, and execution for the ESP platform migration in partnership with internal and external teams.
-Consolidate and facilitate the implementation of different products across the portfolios into the new company ESP platform
-Serve as client advocate, subject matter expert, and cross-departmental strategic advisor around CRM and email tools
-Support and document programming and automation of customer-facing lifecycle campaigns and needed triggers. Work with Analytics, Engineering teams and campaign managers to determine best use of triggers and how to ingest into new ESP in compliance with Epic's privacy and policy rules
-Manage the Epic's operator team's migration and implementation efforts around the new ESP platform - task/ project management, road mapping and best practice advice
-Coordinate across new ESP, engineering, product, strategy, legal and growth teams to determine appropriate tool integrations, optimizations and functionality to fill business objectives, including: data workflows, permissioning preference sets, privacy requirements, and operational workflows between tools in compliance with Epic's privacy policy and rules
-Drive functionality improvements through partnership and influence of technical teams (internal and external) and their development cycles
-Coordinate and support QA resources to ensure the tooling and campaigns function as intended end to end, input through output
Required Skills & Experience
-Experience in Marketing Engineering (understands how compliance and privacy works along with Opt in)
- Experience doing large scale, multi vendor ESP migrations
-Expert in ESP's and how they work (IE Hubspot, Amazon, Mailtrain, Sending Blue)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Product Management or Marketing Operations Background
