We are seeking a Remedy Developer for one of our largest banking and financial clients. You will be helping to administer, develop, implement, and maintain applications within the BMC Remedy software. You will be working hand in hand with the SMEs on the user stories and design to develop and work on the sprints and organize the databases and other information using the Remedy Software. You will then be helping to automate those sprints using the remedy software.
You will also need to have a knowledge and understanding of all Remedy applications including Incident Management, Change Management, Task Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management and CMDB and understand the idle process as well.
6+ Years of experience as a developer (Hands on writing code in Java, C, or Bash/Shell) to develop workflows
Strong knowledge of ARS Remedy CMDB + other ITSM modules (version 7.6 or higher)
Basic understanding of the idle/incident process (CMBD management - change management etc.)
Agile methodology
Jira experience
Experience building integrations with web services, Restful APIs
SOAP experience
