An employer is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a large automotive company sitting fully remote. This person will be assisting our existing damage claim specialist with coordination and documentation for all car wash damage claims. They will also be handling emails from district managers about their customers so they must have strong communication and ability to multitask.
