Insight Global is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join one of our financial customer's global tech team. This position will be remote to start, and then on site in Richmond, VA, Newark, DE or Charlotte, NC. The global tech team is in the process of upgrading their application support platform, to allow for an increase in volume of application users. The application support analyst will be responsible for fielding inbound calls and ticket requests, resolving application access issues, identifying platform bugs and issues, and providing great customer service. The ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a rapid changing environment.
- 3-5 years of help desk/problem management experience
