Job Profile Summary

This role is responsible for planning coordinating and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives coordinating delivery managing risks ensuring compliance to standards and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality quality timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.

Job Description

Key responsibilities will be to:

  • Plan organize monitor and control projects using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure efficient and effective project completion.

  • Ensure all applicable Change standards and procedures are followed for the project and that evidence meets Enterprise and line of business requirements.

  • Manage project scope timeline and budget.

  • Obtain and align resources to key project roles.

  • Establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities.

  • Proactively drive identification and resolution of dependencies risk and issues.

  • Develop transition plans and ongoing success measures.

  • Act as the primary point of contact and integration for the project.

  • Oversee the following:

    o Project execution integration and implementation

    o Readiness change adoption and Stakeholder management

    o Quality Assurance

    Required Skills:

  • 5 years applicable experience in technology project management in a Global organization.

  • Excellent project management skills including change management adherence.

  • The ability to work under pressure and respond well manage several priorities at once and work effectively as part of a team.

  • Advanced written/verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to matrix-manage direct and cross-functional teams.

  • Identify and drive resolution of risks and issues by negotiating solutions that meet expected results.

  • Strong business financial and technology acumen.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Outlook Excel Power Point and Word SharePoint MS Project etc.

    Desired Skills:
  • PMP ACP and/or DASM certification.
  • Experience in Agile applications and tools e.g. JIRA Confluence.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
