This role reports directly to head of the Global HR Data Analytics Technology organization and is responsible for leading delivery of program technology products and services to meet strategic business outcomes.
5 years of experience with Data Analytics or other technical services delivery
Experience in planning coordinating and solution delivery of a unified data and analytics ecosystem that drives improved business decisions supported by transformative emerging technology capabilities
Work history demonstrating a sense of personal accountability to drive execution from start to finish
Experience delivering data road map balancing the long-term big picture and short-term needs
Understands the regulatory landscape of data governance and best practices for data management
Experienced in establishing tracking success metrics at program level and reviewing performance with stakeholders and leadership.
Expert risk management skills - identification articulation impact assessment and quantification with outlined mitigation options controls.
Experience delivering Agile and advances modern Agile solution delivery practices and evangelizes great design engineering and organizational practices.
Proficient in data regulations and best practices in data management and governance
Subject Matter Expert in Enterprise Change Standards financial management focus on execution and overall health
Expert communications skills - able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate technical development to business impact/benefits
Expert Presentation skills including the ability to distill complex issues into simple compelling messages in presentations.
Ability to influence and drive technology leadership across a portfolio of applications.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills and who can navigate the organization challenges the status quo to transform the business and bring multiple stakeholders together to achieve strategic business goals.
Strong influencing skills and the ability to assess key stakeholder perspectives and adapt style to navigate cultural diversity
Effectively communicate status project findings and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.
Strong working knowledge of emerging data analytics technology
Strong working knowledge of traditional relational database management systems like SQL Oracle and big data technologies like Hadoop ecosystem or similar technologies
Strong Working knowledge of Data integration microservices technologies like Mulesoft or other similar technologies
Strong working knowledge of BI Analytics technologies like MicroStrategy Alteryx Tableau and Big Data analytics technologies like Machine learning Artificial Intelligence or other similar technologies
Strong Understanding of Data Regulations Data management standards and Data Governance
