Job Description
An employer is seeking an Email Marketing Manager for a large automotive client sitting fully remote.
* Drive the definition, implementation and maintenance of data-powered email channel, lead nurturing and automation programs that supports revenue and company objectives.
* Own customer email communication development and execution with content, relevancy, smart segmentation, and personalization to drive customer engagement, adoption, and retention within our customer base.
* Define and drive strategy to increase engagement across all email streams, including onboarding, transactional messages, drip campaigns, and re-engagement.
* Plan and execute ongoing testing (layout, format, frequency, copy, etc.) to continuously improve email performance focused on user engagement driving towards our KPIs.
* Develop weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting on email performance. Leverage data to prioritize initiatives, including own automated dashboards to measure and report on campaign progress and effectiveness for key stakeholders along with key takeaways and optimization recommendations.
* Coordinate with multiple teams from Marketing teams, Pre-Cruise Revenue team, Creative Services, CRM, and IT to setup and execute email automations.
* Monitor the marketplace to keep ahead on best practices, best-in-class vendor opportunities and strategies of our competitors and other leading marketers.
Required Skills & Experience
* 3-5 years of experience in an Email Marketing Role
* Data and results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics, A/B testing, and ROI analysis
* Champion of customer-centric marketing; passion in leveraging data to achieve business outcomes
* Experience with CRM, marketing automation, Email Service Providers, and web analytics platforms
* Understanding of email marketing best practices
* Experience in developing and implementing automated email campaigns
* Proven experience establishing strong collaborative relationships across varied sets of stakeholders
* Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
