Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Technology Delivery Manager for a large foodservice client sitting remotely, anywhere in the US. These resources will be responsible for delivering the implementation of a Task Management Platform in the healthcare space. The Task Management Platform helps operators schedule tasks related to environmental services including room cleaning. The role will support implementation, scheduling meetings, documentation, updating and creating project documents, communication and end user training. This role will assist in information collection and validation and help prepare status reports and presentations. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Working knowledge of Smartsheet, Visio, Excel, Word highly preferred.



Prioritize and self-manage technology implementation projects assigned by the Team Lead

Create product implementation requirements and plans that execute within agreed upon timelines.

Ensure that project estimates are accurate; execute scope changes and document communicated approval in advance of the work performed.

Create business facing documentation project steps that also support other internal team members' projects as needed to achieve team success.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to complete ongoing analysis of the project including the implementation plan

Act as the liaison between Healthcare Digital Team, the business unit and hospital IT to provide seamless integration of systems.

Provide documentation and training to the business unit as needed.

Communicate and lead calls and meetings with internal resources, business operations and our client representatives to define and execute solutions

Keep apprised of your project status, escalate concerns and provide regular updates to the Team Lead

Adapt tools and processes to accommodate changes and improve accuracy and efficiencies

Complete objectives and deliverables to align with company policy, organizational goals, and team strategic direction

Required Skills & Experience

Working knowledge of healthcare technology and terminology including environmental services/housekeeping and/or patient transportation

Service oriented collaborative approach to customer and peer relationships.

Energetic self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Highly developed sense of ownership, responsibility and commitment to quality.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting deadlines.

Effective organization, planning, problem solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
