Insight Global is seeking a POS Support Analyst for a large foodservices organization to sit remotely. This employee will be working on a Digital Care team and will be supporting food and beverage point of sale equipment for clients across the US. They will be solving requests via email and phone so will need to have an excellent customer service attitude and communication. Issues could include broken kiosks, card readers, broken printers, issues with product apps, menu updates, payment/payroll changes, etc. The Primary Responsibility of this individual is to provide Point-of-Sale (POS) and Mobile Configuration and Reporting Support to Business Units using Front of House Technology Hosted POS and App Solutions.
POS Experience (specifically back of house configuration)
Customer Service/Help Desk/Remote Support Experience
Ability to take technical requests and either solve or escalate in a timely manner
Basic Knowledge of Computer Network Infrastructure Design and Communications
Excellent written and verbal communication
Retail or food industry experience
IT support (helpdesk experience)
