Job Description

Onsite position

**Glider: BoA-ITPM-IV-V-1**

This role is responsible for integrated planning and project execution for critical large scale CTI projects including: Data Center expansions with infrastructure delivery network compute and storge Cloud/Grid capacity expansions product infrastructure refresh/migrations infrastructure hardware remediation and product transformation.
Plan and coordinate delivery of defined deliverables which require engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program.

Key responsibilities include integrated planning communicating the work objectives coordinating delivery managing risks ensuring compliance to standards and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables.

Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables.

Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline.

Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery risks/issues and schedule.

Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards.

Required skills:
7 years of technical project management experience Data Center expansion and delivery of infrastructure network compute and storage.
Strong integrated planning experience and ability to sync multiple project into a single optimized plan.

Persistence poise and perseverance to get things accomplished under pressure and within the set timelines.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills coupled with ability to be versatile and flexible.

Excellent inter-personal negotiation and influencing skills.

Strong attention to detail ensuring accuracy clarity and quality of work.

Strong MS Office skills especially Project and Excel to track and manage many different types of efforts and data.
