GLIDER:BoA-ITPM-IV-V-1

Delivery Lead role will support Global Mobility business partners and the associated technology tools supporting international assignments and relocation. Partners with business partners to understand new and existing use cases to optimize their process needs and to support improved reporting. Ensure that all change is adhering to our Enterprise Change Management standards while facilitating/influencing the partners through the process/timeline become a subject matter expert of Global Mobility supporting the tool configuration workflow and business rules and be able to explain current setup own issue resolution and ensure they are being tracked in JIRA. Engage vendors and manage those relationships to enforce quality technology delivery. Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams. Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. Gather/facilitate status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders pertaining to delivery risks/issues and schedule. Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the stakeholders. Support resource planning for delivery/execution by working with the Lead Developer.

Line of Business Job Description:

Delivery Lead within Global Human Resources Technology. Partners with key Business Development Business Solutions Program/Project Management Architecture Production Support and Testing Execs to develop and implement the tactical and strategic planning of all phases of application environment and support management. Responsibilities include:

- Business relationship management liaison to Global Human Resources and Shared Service Providers SSPs

- Effectively manage through banks processes.

- Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Application Management Policies and Procedures.

- Provide leadership and management with a focus on ensuring delivery and execution are being managed against strategic goals and direction

- Manage and provide Application portfolio oversight working closely with application and/or vendor managers

- Provide risk oversight for business and technology risk

Required Skills:
Ability to navigate across organizational or perceived boundaries with incomplete information to achieve successful outcomes.

Interact with business leaders external vendors and internal technology groups.

Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial as well as time management skills.

Required to work both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative manner.

Not afraid to ask questions

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong organizational skills.

Microsoft Office suite.

Is a Self-Starter.
