Job Description

Human Resources Coordinator will assist the HR team in recruiting, onboarding, learning & development. This role will help coordinate candidate interviews, complete new hire on-boarding tasks, and provided administrative and operational support to the entire HR team (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Learning & Development & HR Business Partners).

* Assists the Talent Acquisition Lead with managing candidate correspondence, scheduling interviews, and managing data entry

* Prepare offer/promtion letters, contracts, references, employment verification and other documents

* Assist HR staff in preparing for the employee onboarding by updating systems, SCORMate, files, I9 documents, organizational announcements and liaising with IT and Facilities

* Leads and coordinates the Summer Intern Program which includes uploading job descriptions into the HRIS system, posting roles, coordinating and attending job fairs, communicating offers verbally and in writing. Work on more strategic hiring for future positions.

* Leverages data from onboarding / offboarding process (Onboarding surveys/Exit Interviews) to propose updates, mitigate risks and improve the employee experience.

* Prepares quarterly board meeting materials including documentation of new officers, promotions and terminations

* Assists the Learning & Development and Talent Manager with coordination of training programs and communication.

* Coordinates workplace programs groups i.e. SCOR4Good, DEB/Espirit at Regional level, Cultural Committees to improve how our employees work and collaborate with each other. Enters all volunteer events into Alaya platform.

* Support global and local HR projects as needed, and provide ad hoc support

* And other responsibilities as required

Required Skills & Experience

2-3 years of experience in corporate environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Ability to multi-task and work with multiple stakeholders

Able to work with many different audiences at different levels within the organization
