The Administrative Assistant will join the legal team of 8 attorneys, 2 directors and their manager in supporting legal assistant needs. These include but are not limited to sorting emails, coordinating meetings, setting up presentation rooms, working on PowerPoint, organizing paperwork and keeping track of due dates, put together responses for subpoenas, inserting in encrypted email, typing up letters, tracking invoices, etc. This position is a hybrid schedule of 2 days onsite (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), 40 hours a week, in a business professional setting.
2+ years of experience in an Administrative Assistant or Legal Assistant position
PowerPoint experience - cleaning and dressing up a PowerPoint put together by the attorneys for internal business partner presentations
Experience setting up meetings and managing calendars, sorting emails, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previously worked at a law firm or as a legal assistant (familiar with working on subpoenas for example)
