Insight Global is looking for a SAFe Release Train Engineer/ PM to sit hybrid in Tarrytown NY and remote. This PM is joining a large pharmaceutical company within the Preclinical Manufacturing Process Development team. They will be responsible for maintaining their release train as it is already set in place. This RTE/ PM will be working on mostly SAFe projects but could also involve some product development and other IT generalist projects. 25% of their time will be spent maintaining the SAFe release train, 75% of their time will be spent on other agile/ waterfall projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for project activities from ideation through transition to the run team. This candidate will be responsible for driving the project schedule, scope, budget as well as look ahead and catch potential issues/ risks. The ideal candidate needs to have strong experience as a SAFe RTE or work as a scrum master on a SAFe release train as well as a PM.
-2+ years of recent experience as a SAFe Release Train Engineer OR experience as a scrum master working on a SAFe Release Train
-5+ years as an IT PM delivering systems/ software
-SAFe certification or equivalent agile experience
