A large pharmaceutical company is searching for a project manager. This project manager can sit remotely but should be expected to travel as needed to the company's headquarters in Albany, NY. This company is searching for a skilled project manager with 7-10 years of experience. There are a few new projects in the QA space under the IOPS team that this candidate will manage the implementation of a new electronic validation system called Valgenesis. In addition, this candidate will manage the implementation of ACE which is an inspection management system to manage the flow of documentation, provide status updates of reports, and work cross-functionally with other teams. A successful candidate should have a technical background in managing applications in the company's program and project management tool called PPM. Experience using Microsoft projects will be the most important skill, as the entire project management team of this company is housed in that application. An exceptional candidate will come from a pharmaceutical background, or have experience following Gxp and GmP.
