Insight Global is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer to join a blood bank healthcare client for a remote contract-to-hire opportunity. This individual will be joining a team of 56 engineers spread across 5 divisional locations. They will be joining the Analytics and Data Science team and be responsible for the design, development, and support of application modules for products across the enterprise in a variety of environments/technologies including ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, Win Forms, Web Forms and frontend technologies (Angular or React in particular). This is a lead position, so the ideal candidate will come from a background of team lead experience. They will be able to work with customers to gather requirements, develop multi-tier application modules that respond to customer needs and provide innovative solutions to problems. This developer is also expected to perform end-to-end application testing and validation to ensure product is satisfactory designed and meets business and QA requirements.
-8+ years of Full Stack Development with C# on the backend
Extensive experience developing with React or Angular framework with Javascript or Typescript on the front end
Need strong experience with ASP.NET and .NET CORE
master's degree in computer science or a related field
Strong knowledge and understanding of docker and containerization for modernization of the app
Strong understanding of visual basic, and Web/Winforms in order to bridge the gap of the old world to the new world of the app and evaluate current state to future state
