Insight Global is seeking a Salesforce Consultant to join the team with one of our mid-size financial investment clients. This will be a 12-month project to set up the initial instance of Salesforce that helps their engineering team capture answers to the following questions: Has someone from the team already spoken with a particular vendor? If so, what is the vendors name and their basic information? Was there a product evaluation or demo done? If so, who was part of the evaluation and/or observing the demo? What is the link to Google docs notes from the demo? Do we have a commercial agreement with that vendor? Of all the vendors we connect with, what is the Vendor/Product/Product Grouping intersection? As the consultant, you will build a way that keeps track of vendors and contacts easily by having executives forward emails to Salesforce for Salesforce to capture and save the data automatically without manual data entry. The team wants a way to export the raw data, so the consultant will need to build a few basic flat file reports. They also want to visualize the exports in Tableau (which the team can build), so as the consultant, you should determine the best integration between Salesforce data and Tableau. The Salesforce instance should be branded with the company logo and/or color scheme. Lastly, the team will want instructions on how to modify anything once the project is completed.
