Job Description

Assist the Director of Digital Marketing with leading and managing execution of digital strategy for multiple brands/business units within the North America Region, including day-to-day activities as well as product launches and strategic initiatives.



* Build, manage, and optimize CRM, SEO, SEM, and social media initiatives.

* Develop promotional assets (branded or unbranded) and guide those assets through MEDICAL/REGULTORY & LEGAL review process and ensure the timely deployment of these assets.

* Monitor and interpret data trends to construct and recommended optimizations against executed digital marketing programs.

* Synthesize product and/or channel insights to improve efficiency and efficacy of digital channel utilization.

* Create reports and well-structured business cases leveraging marketing analytics to be shared as best practices within the organization.

* Partner with internal and external cross-functional teams to gain alignment and successfully launch digital initiatives according to established timelines and in-line with business expectations.

* Lead web-site development, database projects and domain procurement in partnership with IT.

* Bring forward emerging digital trends and new technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum of a bachelor's degree (no specific major needed)

* 5-7 years of experience in digital product marketing, with a minimum of one in digital pharmaceutical marketing

* is familiar and well-versed in the MEDICAL, LEGAL and Regulatory affairs review process.

* Must possess knowledge of terms and concepts used in digital marketing. Familiar with web analytics tools (Google Analytics), media performance monitoring, and strong excel utilizing vlookups/ pivot tables

* Working knowledge of CRM's, SEO/SEM's (Search Engineer Optimization tools), and Social Media engagement. Ability to read and synthesize data trends.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Experience within cardiovascular, pain, mental health or erectile dysfunction marketing within pharmaceuticals

* Experience working as a project manager or candidate has their PMP cert

* Ability to work with executives and communicate abstract concepts. Ability to present to a high level of the organization and groups outside of the organization.

* Working knowledge of web development terminology and digital marketing production terms.
