Insight Global is looking for an HR Help Desk Analyst to sit at one of our top financial services clients. This role will be part of a Global People Services team, accountable for the effective resolution of employee queries and reimbursement claims within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement). This role reports to one People Services Engagement Manager and is expected to build and maintain strong relationships with the rest of the People Services team, occasionally receiving direction from Regional leads. S/he will support People Services team by reviewing and responding to employee queries and claims submitted through the HR technology platform. This candidate will provide Global process expertise and policy knowledge, promote the effective utilization of HR self-service technologies, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
- 2-5 years' relevant experience in HR Shared Services, providing Tier 1 support
- Experience navigating HR Data and support systems (such as Workday, ServiceNow)
- Proven ability to apply discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
