Position Summary
Client-facing trading technology support role. This role involves troubleshooting of Microsoft operating systems applications and proprietary Bank of America systems. The resource is expected to have excellent customer service and verbal / written communication skills. Responsibilities include but are not limited to end to end resolution of incidents within the ITSM framework assisting with software deployment and provisioning hardware requests. Needs to be organized and detail oriented with strong follow-up skills. Takes ownership for managing risk during all job activities. Supporting Wealth Management Trading and Finance clients that produce a high volume of incidents work orders and CTO driven initiatives.
Required Skills
Vast experience troubleshooting Windows OS Microsoft Office Suite Chrome and Edge browsers
Excels at identifying diagnosing and/or resolving general issues with software hardware and various components of enterprise IT infrastructure
Knowledge of mobility products iPhone/iPad/Android
Exceptional communication and customer service skills able to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences
Manages multiple issues simultaneously
Operates well in a fast paced environment
Ability to work well alone or in a team environment
Collaborates successfully with other technology teams to deliver timely results
Dedicated to innovation and improving existing processes for operational excellence
Desired Skills
Experience with command line scripting and/or PowerShell is preferred
Ability to support remote users in a work from home environment
Flexible with possible start time of 7am and occasional weekend/holiday work
Technical documentation writing
