Insight Global is searching for a Jr. Network Engineer to join one of their managed services customers in Manhattan . This person will be responsible for troubleshooting from level 1 to level 3 desktop/helpdesk issues, installing new software/helping with upgrades, identifying network/server issues, and overall resolving customer system problems that arise across the firm. This person will be working onsite Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM and may be dispatched to other customer sites throughout New York City.
5 years of experience with IT troubleshooting & support
Previous experience being the escalation point for level 1 & level 2 support
Experience troubleshooting any issues related to OneDrive file share, servers, networking issues, Virtualization, or Citrix issues
Work onsite 5 days a week
Experience working at a managed service provider or working with a managed service provider as a tier II escalation point of contact
