Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Financial/Compliance Analyst to join the Research Organization of one of our largest healthcare clients in Manhattan. This person will be joining the Disaster Recovery Financial Analysis team and responsible for the administration of "Clincards" via GreenPhire. These Clincards are how the client pays subjects via debit cards. In order to distribute the cards, the Financial Analyst will use the Greenphire system. They will also be responsible with assisting internal end users in accessing the payment portal and deciphering the type of payment for each account. We are looking for someone who is a proactive thinker and can Implement new processes to improve efficiencies of payments and allocation of budget as it relates to research studies and other specially funded projects. This person should be a great communicate to converse research team and other vendors. They will need to be onsite at least one day a week (every Tuesday)with the team.

Required Skills & Experience

* 2+ years of experience

* Hands-on Excel experience with macros and pivot tables for financial tracking

* ERP system experience like Oracle and PeopleSoft

* Experience with journal entries/ how to process them and reconciliation of financial data

* Bachelor's degree

* Proactive, go-getter personality and great interpersonal communication

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Knowledge of GreenPhire

* Knowledge of ClinCard

* Previous Research experience
