Insight Global is looking for a Database Developer to join one of our largest financial clients. This person will be joining the Global Markets Technology Division, working in an agile team for hands on development. You will work closely with traders and cross functional business groups like compliance, legal & technology teams. You will be looking at the design of the database and work on optimizing the current state, building custom reports, as well extracting data from different sources to bring into the database.
5+ years of experience in data analytical database development experience (Sybase, Oracle Or SQL)
5+ years of experience in application development (python or java preferred)
Experience in managing data held in a relational database management system, including the use of SQL for manipulating, creating and monitoring data
Demonstrated skills on data visualization software preferably Tableau
In-Depth knowledge in a variety of analytics techniques including profiling, data mining, modeling, statistical analysis
