Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Benchling Service Delivery Lead to join the Research and Preclinical IT team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for Benchling platform support and delivery, ensuring efficient intake, prioritization, and resolution of requests.
On a day-to-day basis, the Service Delivery Lead will review and triage incoming tickets, assign work to developers, and partner closely with Scientific Business Analysts and technical teams to understand business requirements. They will evaluate the potential impact of enhancements and fixes across the platform, ensuring changes do not negatively affect other business areas or integrations.
The ideal candidate will participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily Scrum meetings, coordinate work across team members, and drive adherence to platform governance and strategic objectives. This person will play a key role in maintaining the stability, scalability, and effectiveness of the Benchling environment while supporting the needs of research and preclinical stakeholders. Pay is around 68-70/hr.

Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of experience as a Service Delivery Lead or similar role
-Expert-level knowledge of the Benchling platform
-Strong technical aptitude with the ability to investigate platform issues, identify conflicts, and assess downstream impacts
-Experience developing, implementing, and enforcing platform strategy, governance, and best practices
-Experience working within Agile environments, including SAFe methodologies
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
