Job Description
This role provides high-level administrative, operational, and relationship management support to the SVP of Institutional Relationships. Responsibilities include managing calendars and travel, preparing executive presentations and sales materials, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining CRM data within Salesforce and other internal systems. The position also supports client relationship growth by developing briefing materials, conducting market and prospect research, and coordinating follow-up activities. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills to track sales performance, client engagement, purchasing trends, and other key metrics using tools such as Excel and Power BI. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant position
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate data across multiple systems
- Experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations, and meeting materials
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to take on new challenges.
